Our Policy
Your appointments are very important to Lofty Lash Studio and your time slot is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you miss your appointment or cancel without giving sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. A cancellation fee will apply if appointment is cancelled or missed without 24 hour notice. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file and requiring a 25% deposit for all appointments.
-You will not be charged if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
-Day of/last minute cancellations will result in 50% charge of the service amount (this includes multiple services)
-"NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the appointment service amount
-Deposits are final and will only be refunded if appointment is canceled 24 hours before scheduled appointment
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Lofty Lash Studio’s policies are presented and provided to allow the best quality service for our established and future clientele.
