Appointment Info

*Please come every lash appointment with freshly cleansed eyelashes. The only cleanser we recommend is one given to you, or sold to you from our studio. Makeup wipes are not sufficient, they actually leave an oily residue on your natural lashes causing eyelash extension to not adhere. If you must arrive to your appointment with unwashed lashes we provide lash cleanser in our restroom, please cleanse your lashes before being seen by your service provider. We cannot guarantee our lash services unless you come to your appointments with freshly cleansed lashes. Cleansing your lashes is very important to your lash retention and the overall health of your lashes. Even if you don’t put makeup on your lashes, your lashes get greasy with build up, just like hair!!

* Please come to your appointments with at least 40% of your lashes left. Fills are an allotted amount of time. If you are coming with less than 40% of your lashes remaining we will not have enough time to fill all of your lashes, resulting in your lashing looking less full and not lasting between fills. We do understand that retention isn’t the same every single appointment and things happen, so if you’re experiencing more fall out than normal please let your service provider know in advance and we can add more time to your future appointment if it is available. Adding time to your appointment will result in an extra fee.

*Although we love catching up & chatting with our clients, sometimes talking can cause your eyes to flicker and move, making it very hard to get a perfect bond to your natural lashes. If you are looking for the best guaranteed retention we recommend taking a little lash nap during your appointment. Feel free to bring in headphones and listen your favorite podcast or music during your appointment as well.

* Please try and limit cell phone use during your appointments. Opening and closing your eyes during your appointment can cause your eyes to water making the tape to move, and your eyelashes wet! This makes it extremely difficult to lash properly and efficiently. *we do understand that things come up where you do need to be on your phone during your service, we just ask our clients to fully understand that this can have an effect on the outcome of your lash appointment.

*WASH YOUR LASHES!!!!! Even if you do not put makeup on your lashes please wash then at least 3x’s per week, and always before your lash appointments.

*Please be aware of our cancellation policy. Cancellation fees do apply.

* Eyelash extensions are a luxury service that cost time and money. We encourage our clients to follow these guidelines to get the most out of each and every appointment.
