  • The Essential keeps things simple with a 45-minute custom facial each month. The Elevated gives you a longer 75-minute treatment, more flexibility with rollover, and additional treatment perks.

  • The Essential is designed to keep you consistent each month, so unused facials do not roll over. With The Elevated, unused monthly facials can roll over for up to three months.

  • Absolutely. Both memberships give you access to special member pricing on select upgrades, so you can customize your appointment when your skin needs a little something extra.

  • Yes! Both memberships include 10% off professional skincare products, making it easier to keep your routine going at home.

  • You do not, that's part of the beauty of it. Your monthly facial is customized around your skin and what it needs at the time.

  • Absolutely-ANY TIME! You have complete control in your Vagaro account, and it is so simple.

  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment time, you will not be charged. However, day of or last-minute cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the service amount, including multiple services. "No shows" will be charged the full 100% of the appointment service amount.
